Our products are split into various categories which target webmasters and web developers. We offer website templates, flash website templates, navigation interfaces for websites, icons and much more. May I use everything with my membership? Yes, if you’ll receive a membership at free-template.net you are free to download as much as you want from our site for the period of your subscription. No additional charges apply. What software do I need to work with your products? In order to work with our templates you’ll need a html editor such as Dreamweaver, Frontpage, Homesite, 1st Page, etc. To modify the graphics, you’ll need Adobe Photoshop 7.0 or software that has the ability to open PSD files. Flash products can be edited using Macromedia Flash MX. How often do you add new products? We try to add new products on a weekly basis. Can I make money driving traffic to you? Yes, free-template.net offers 30% (percent) from each sale coming from the traffic you deliver to us. All you need to do is just to register as an affiliate at our website, download some promotional materials (banners, ads) from our affiliate area, put the affiliate links on your website and start earning money! Can you customize the templates? We do web template customizations for $60/hr. If you need full service web design our rates are a flat $100 for the main page and $50 for each additional page. A 5 page web site will run you just $300 and we also make sure to optimize your pages for the search engines. Are there any further fees? No, your sponsoring provider is the only charge you will face. All the products will be available for you to download as many times as you want for  the entire period of your membership. Will I have an exclusive membership over the items I download? Your purchase entitles you to a license to use the products royalty free. We do not grant exclusive rights for items downloaded from free-template.net. Are there any restrictions on my use of the free-template.net products? Our products and designs cannot be resold as standalone products. If you would like to sell the products from our offer to any of your customers, you will need to do significant changes to the products. If you don’t want to make signification changes, your customer would need to get a membership at free-template.net to use the products as they are. Additionally, our products may not be distributed as part of any archive, catalog, media disc, auction etc. as well as you are not allowed to use a spider, web crawler, or other similar automated tool to download content. How do I access the products once I receiv my membership at free-template.net? After you sign up and your membership gets authorized you may login into the member area. In the member area, you are free to browse thru the products. Underneath each product there is a “Download” button. If you hit it, the download should start automaticaly. Will my membership be activated instantly? Due to the increase of the amount of fradulent transactions in this industry and on our website daily, we have had to implement a pending period to allow our staff to confirm all transactions before account activation. This action has been implemented to retain the unbeatable value afforded to you through your free-template.net membership. When I clicked on the download link, the download didn’t start. In that case, please try to click at the download link with right-mouse button and choose “save file as”. If the difficulties persist, please open a support ticket and we will try to resolve your problem as soon as possible I could download the product, but I couldn’t open the file. Please note that the file you downloaded is an archived file. You’ll need to unzip it using the latest Winzip software available at www.winzip.com. Do I have exclusive ownership over the items I download as part of the my membership? No, your membership entitles you to a license to use the products royalty free in accordance with the rights, restrictions and conditions indicated in the license you receive, and indicated above, but we do not grant exclusive rights for items downloaded from our member section. If I receive an unlimited membership are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site? No, an unlimited membership allows you full access to download any of graphics from the members area of our site at no extra charge. Do I need to provide an link back or acknowledgement to free-template.net when I use your products? No. Because you are purchasing a license, it is not necessary to provide any credit back to free-template.net. However, while we do not require any recognition to free-template.net, we would be more than happy if you would like to promote the benefit you received from our site to others. Sign up for the free affiliate program and earn 30% per sale for life. Is account sharing allowed? No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues. I received a membership, but it says I'm not activated, what do I do? On rare occasions our providers may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have received your membership and you are not able to access the graphics from the members area using your details, send a support request using our support form. Include your username, the product you tried to download, or anything else that might be helpful. Are there any limitations to how or what I can download? Yes. You may not use a 3rd party script to access our site or downloads. Any attempt to automatically download our content in this way will result in the automatic suspension of your account. How do I change my email address and password? You can update your password and email address by clicking the "Account Details" link in the Members Area on the left hand side of the page.
